The laser-line profile sensor scanCONTROL 2800 makes use of the triangulation principle for two-dimensional acquisition of profiles on the most varied target surfaces.
scanCONTROL 2810 is equipped with a pre-programmed signal processor for measurements on beads (buldges, bumps) or grooves (indentations, gaps).

Non-Contact Laser Sensor and Systems for Displament Measurement

The non-contact laser sensors of the optoNCDT series use optical triangulation as a measuring principle. The visible laser that is used is rated as laser class 2. Optical displacement sensors measure with a large stand-off distance and a very small measuring spot diameter. As the position-sensitive measuring element either an analog PSD module (series 1605) or a digital CCD array (series 1400/1800/2200) is used in the sensor. For reflecting surfaces a special version of ILD 2200 series is available.
