The laser-line profile sensor scanCONTROL 2800 makes use of the triangulation principle for two-dimensional acquisition of profiles on the most varied target surfaces.
scanCONTROL 2810 is equipped with a pre-programmed signal processor for
measurements on beads (buldges, bumps) or grooves (indentations, gaps).
optoCONTROL measures dimension of a target or the position of an edge by using the shadow principle. It is used in the production and quality assurance of non-contacting and highly dynamic measurements on running conveyors, extrusion lines, drawing processes, on machines and in automated production.
optoNCDT: Non-Contact Laser Sensor Systems with Triangulation
The non-contact laser sensors of the optoNCDT series use optical triangulation as a measuring principle. The visible laser that is used is rated as laser class 2. Optical displacement sensors measure with a large stand-off distance and a very small measuring spot diameter. As the position-sensitive measuring element either an analog PSD module (series 1605) or a digital CCD array (series 1400/1800/2200) is used in the sensor. For reflecting surfaces a special version of ILD 2200 series is available.
